DashArc / Affiliate program
Affiliate program terms
Version of 3 November 2026, revision 7. These terms govern participation in the DashArc referral program. Creating an affiliate account and creating codes require express acceptance of this version; the accepted version and the date of acceptance are recorded in the affiliate's account. The purchase conditions for the end customer remain those shown in the DashArc portal, on the Mercado Pago and PayPal payment pages and in the DashArc terms of use.
The essentials
- You apply with a prefix and the discount you would like, to recommend DashArc to other people. Applications are reviewed: codes are created only after DashArc approves the application and releases each discount.
- Codes carry a discount of up to 30%, released by DashArc. You earn the commission set at approval for each code on the plan's list price with the coupon discount already applied, in the currency in which you are paid and without currency conversion (excluding tax and fees), on the first charge of each purchase confirmed by Mercado Pago or PayPal. Renewals do not earn commission. Commissions may be adjusted at any time; reductions are announced at least 90 days in advance.
- Your code prefix must identify you (name, brand or channel). Codes with generic names or no relation to the affiliate (e.g.
JANUARY10,NEW20) may be refused or revoked. - You may use your own code to buy a licence for yourself — with the discount, but without commission (section 3). Arranging with another affiliate to swap codes to earn commission is prohibited.
- Your country is stated at registration and cannot be changed afterwards. It determines the currency and method in which you are paid: affiliates registered in Brazil are paid in reais by Pix (a Pix key is available only for registrations in Brazil); all other countries are paid in US dollars through PayPal.
- Each commission stays pending for 21 days; after that, if the sale is still eligible, it enters the next Wednesday's payout.
- Each purchase follows the refund and dispute rules of the platform the buyer used (Mercado Pago or PayPal), which may allow requests for up to 180 days — longer than the 21-day pending period. Refunds, disputes, chargebacks and fraud cancel the commission, even after it has been paid (clause 17 and section 6).

1. Account and participation
1. The affiliate must provide their own e-mail address, confirm it with the code sent by DashArc, and keep truthful, up-to-date payout details. Each person or company must use a single affiliate account unless DashArc authorises otherwise. The program is independent: participation creates no employment, agency, partnership or authority to assume obligations on behalf of DashArc. DashArc may refuse or terminate the participation of anyone who breaches these terms. The affiliate states their country at registration, in a mandatory question asked during sign-up; that information cannot be changed afterwards and determines the currency and method in which commissions are paid (section 5).
2. Participation by approval. Submitting the form is an application to join. DashArc reviews each application and may approve or refuse it at its discretion, with no obligation to give reasons. While an application is under review, or if it is refused, no code is created and no commission is owed. The application status is shown in the affiliate dashboard.
2. Codes chosen by the affiliate
3. The affiliate chooses an available prefix and indicates the discount they would like to offer. DashArc releases discounts of up to 30%; each code combines the prefix with the released percentage (for example, MARCIO10). Codes are created only after the application is approved and only for the discounts DashArc releases, each with the discount percentage (up to 30%, which may differ from the one requested) and the commission set for it; DashArc may release, withdraw or change an affiliate's discounts and commissions, and the change applies to later sales and is shown in the dashboard. The affiliate may later request other discounts, which go through the same release, and enable or disable each released code individually.
4. Code names. The prefix must identify the affiliate — their name, brand, channel or community. DashArc may refuse, or revoke at any time, codes whose name bears no relation to the affiliate or could be mistaken for a general DashArc promotion: generic words, months, dates or events, promotional terms and the like (for example, JANUARY10, NEW20, PROMO15, DISCOUNT20). Revocation is shown in the dashboard; the affiliate may request another prefix, and commissions on sales already confirmed with the revoked code follow the normal rules. Reservation depends on availability in the DashArc system. Creation and state changes depend on being recorded in the DashArc system and may remain pending or fail due to technical unavailability, code collision or security review. A disabled code cannot be used in new purchases once the change is recorded in the DashArc system; purchases started before the code was disabled remain subject to the attribution and reversal rules. The dashboard shows the state of each code. The affiliate acquires no ownership of the DashArc brand or of the code and must stop using it if the dashboard marks it inactive.
3. Using your own code: allowed, no commission
5. The affiliate may use their own codes to buy a DashArc licence for themselves — the code's discount applies normally. That purchase, however, earns no commission. For these terms, a purchase by the affiliate includes, among other situations: a purchase made in the affiliate's own account or in any other DashArc account created, used or controlled by them; a licence for a vehicle owned by the affiliate, driven by them or linked to one of their accounts; and a purchase made by a third party at the affiliate's request so that the affiliate uses the licence.
6. The DashArc system automatically compares the buyer's account with the affiliate's account: a purchase made from the affiliate's own account appears in the dashboard as no commission. Own purchases identified by other means — including by cross-checking account, vehicle, payment and device data — have their commission voided and, if already paid, offset under section 6.
7. Disguising an own purchase to obtain commission remains prohibited, such as arranging with another affiliate to use each other's codes ("code swapping") or using third-party accounts for that purpose. Such cases are treated as fraud (sections 7 and 8).
4. Commission and eligible sale
8. A commission is owed only after Mercado Pago or PayPal confirms payment of an eligible purchase made with a code linked to the affiliate.
9. An eligible sale is one that:
- has its payment actually confirmed by Mercado Pago or PayPal;
- uses a valid code recognised by the DashArc system at the time of purchase;
- is not an own purchase, duplicate transaction, test, courtesy, compensation, fraud or unauthorised operation;
- is not later cancelled, refunded, disputed or subject to a chargeback; and
- does not result from manipulation of attribution, payment or the affiliate system.
10. The commission is calculated on the plan's list price on the date of purchase, in the currency in which the affiliate is paid (reais for affiliates registered in Brazil; US dollars for all other countries), with the coupon discount already applied, without currency conversion and regardless of whether the buyer paid through Mercado Pago (in reais) or PayPal (in US dollars). Taxes, fees, charges, processing costs, refunded amounts and any other sums that do not belong to DashArc are not part of the calculation base.
11. The commission, the discount and the applicable conditions are those shown in the dashboard at the time the sale is confirmed. DashArc may change discounts and commissions for future sales, subject to the notice provided for in this section.
12. A commission reduction will be communicated to the affiliate in the dashboard and by e-mail to the registered address at least 90 days in advance. The change will not affect sales already confirmed, except for reversals, chargebacks, fraud, duplication, material error, attribution failure or processing correction.
13. DashArc may apply immediately changes arising from fraud, security risk, legal requirement, unavailability of Mercado Pago, PayPal or another payment service provider, proven material error or a correction needed to prevent undue payments.
14. Commission is owed only on the first paid charge of each purchase. Monthly or annual renewals do not earn new commission. The lifetime licence earns commission once, even if the buyer later changes plan.
15. The dashboard may show aggregated sale information, without revealing to the affiliate unnecessary personal data of the buyer.
5. Pending period and payout
16. Each commission stays pending for 21 days from payment confirmation, to accommodate refund requests and fraud checks. A commission still eligible after that period enters the payout cycle of the next Wednesday; if that is not a banking business day in Brazil, payment moves to the next business day. The payment method and currency depend on the country stated at registration, which cannot be changed: (a) an affiliate registered in Brazil is paid by Pix, in reais, to the key registered in the dashboard, and a Pix key is available only to affiliates registered in Brazil; (b) an affiliate registered in any other country is paid in US dollars (US$) through PayPal, to the PayPal account e-mail registered in the dashboard. Payment is recorded in the dashboard as paid with the payout date. Payment depends on valid payout details (Pix key or PayPal account), in the name of the affiliate account holder, and on there being no block or dispute over that commission. The absence of valid payout details postpones the payout until the details are corrected, without turning the amount into a paid commission.
17. Release of payment and platform refund rules. A commission is released for payment only after the pending period in clause 16 has ended and provided the sale remains eligible (clause 9). Each purchase follows the refund, cancellation and dispute rules of the payment platform chosen by the buyer. Those rules are set by third parties, are not controlled by DashArc, may change, and the version in force on each platform prevails. As of this revision: (a) on Mercado Pago, a payment may be refunded or cancelled under Mercado Pago's rules, and a payment may be refunded for up to 180 days from its approval; (b) on PayPal, Buyer Protection allows the buyer to open a dispute in the Resolution Center within 180 days of payment, with 20 days to negotiate with the seller before the dispute can be escalated to a claim, in which case PayPal decides based on the evidence submitted, and the buyer may also request a chargeback from the card issuer (see the PayPal policy). Because the 21-day pending period is shorter than those periods, a refund, cancellation, dispute, claim or chargeback occurring after the commission has been paid cancels or adjusts the corresponding commission, under section 6, and the amount may be offset against future commissions. This clause does not limit the buyer's right of withdrawal or other rights under the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code and applicable law.
18. The dashboard keeps balances separate by currency: reais for affiliates registered in Brazil and US dollars for all other countries. The commission is calculated and paid in the affiliate's currency, with no currency conversion by DashArc, regardless of whether the buyer paid in reais (Mercado Pago) or in US dollars (PayPal).
6. Reversals, disputes and adjustments
19. The commission will be cancelled or adjusted, in whole or in part, in the event of:
- total or partial refund;
- dispute, claim, chargeback or contestation of the payment, on either payment platform (Mercado Pago or PayPal);
- cancellation or reversal of the transaction;
- fraud or attempted fraud;
- own purchase or code swapping;
- duplicate or invalid transaction;
- attribution, calculation or processing error; or
- breach of these terms by the affiliate or the buyer, when related to the commission.
20. The adjustment may take place before or after the commission is paid, including after the affiliate's account is closed, provided it relates to a sale previously attributed, including where the refund, dispute or contestation occurs after the pending period, within the periods set by the payment platform.
21. The adjustment will be shown in the dashboard with, whenever possible, the transaction, reason, amount and processing date. The affiliate may dispute it through the support channel within 15 days of the information being made available.
22. A dispute does not prevent precautionary withholding or provisional offsetting where there are objective indications of fraud, chargeback, duplication or material error. DashArc will review the dispute and, if the adjustment proves unfounded, will refund or offset the amount due.
23. If the commission has already been paid, DashArc may offset the amount against future commissions. If there is not enough balance, the affiliate must repay the undue amount within 15 days of receiving the request, accompanied by the adjustment statement.
24. Closing the account does not extinguish obligations of repayment, indemnity, confidentiality, data protection or payment of undue amounts.
25. The pending period provided for in these terms is operational and does not limit the rights of refund, dispute or cancellation guaranteed to the buyer by the purchase conditions or by applicable law.
7. Permitted promotion and prohibited conduct
26. The affiliate may promote their codes through their own channels or in paid advertising, provided they use truthful, current, verifiable information consistent with DashArc's official conditions.
27. The affiliate receives a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable licence to use the DashArc brand and materials solely for the authorised promotion of the Program.
It is prohibited to register or use a domain, profile, advertisement, keyword, username or visual identity that could cause confusion with DashArc or suggest an unauthorised official relationship.
The affiliate may not alter, adapt, reproduce or combine the DashArc brand and materials with other elements without prior authorisation.
Once participation is terminated or suspended, the affiliate must immediately cease all use of the DashArc brand, codes and materials, and remove or correct existing promotions as directed by the company.
28. All promotion of a commercial nature must clearly and prominently identify that it is advertising, a recommendation or promotion linked to the affiliate program, including when the affiliate may receive commission.
29. The affiliate must:
- correctly state the price, discount, term, features and limitations of the product;
- use only materials, brands and information authorised by DashArc;
- immediately remove or correct outdated content;
- comply with the law applicable to advertising, consumers, data protection and copyright;
- keep reasonable records of the campaigns carried out; and
- promptly comply with correction or removal requests made by DashArc.
30. The affiliate is prohibited from:
- promising features, conditions or discounts not offered by DashArc;
- presenting themselves as an employee, representative, reseller, official partner or institutional channel of DashArc;
- using a domain, profile, advertisement, keyword or visual identity that could cause confusion with DashArc;
- publishing misleading, abusive, hidden or outdated advertising;
- sending spam or using automated, artificial or misleading traffic;
- posting codes on coupon sites or unauthorised aggregators;
- using personal data for campaigns without an adequate legal basis;
- manipulating payments, refunds, attribution or the origin of sales;
- creating duplicate accounts to circumvent limits; or
- making simulated, disguised or cross purchases to obtain commission.
31. The affiliate must remove or correct the material immediately when there is a risk to the consumer, the brand or the security of DashArc and, in other cases, within 48 hours of the request.
32. DashArc may immediately suspend codes, campaigns or accounts when it identifies a risk of harm to the consumer, the brand, the security of its systems or the reputation of the company.
8. Verification, suspension and termination
33. DashArc may request information and documents reasonably necessary to verify:
- identity and ownership of the account;
- ownership of the Pix key (Brazil) or of the PayPal account (other countries);
- origin, authenticity and quality of the sales;
- compliance with the promotion rules;
- suspicions of fraud, abuse or manipulation; and
- compliance with legal or security obligations.
34. During verification, DashArc may, in proportion to the risk:
- temporarily suspend codes or campaigns;
- prevent the creation of new codes;
- withhold, as a precaution, commissions related to the facts under investigation;
- limit account features; or
- request additional clarifications and documents.
35. Precautionary suspension may take place immediately, without prior notice, when necessary to prevent fraud, security risk, harm to the consumer, misuse of the brand or loss to DashArc.
36. Whenever possible, DashArc will inform the affiliate of the reason for the measure and allow clarifications to be sent through the support channel. Communication may be limited where detailed disclosure would compromise an investigation, security or fraud prevention.
37. After the review, DashArc may:
- release the commissions;
- maintain the suspension;
- cancel commissions related to the irregularity;
- demand repayment of amounts paid;
- terminate participation; or
- adopt other measures provided for in these terms.
38. DashArc may terminate the affiliate's participation for breach of these terms, fraud, reputational risk, breach of law, misuse of the brand, inactivity, false information or a business decision of the company.
39. The affiliate may request closure of the account. Closure does not prejudice the assessment of earlier sales, reversals, chargebacks, adjustments, repayments, indemnities or other obligations arising before the closure date.
40. After closure, the affiliate must immediately cease using the codes, the brand, the materials and any communication suggesting a current relationship with DashArc.
9. Taxes, data and changes
41. Tax obligations
The affiliate is solely responsible for their tax, social security, accounting and ancillary obligations relating to their participation in the Program and to the amounts received.

42. Accuracy of data
The affiliate must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information, including identification data, e-mail address, tax information, payout details and Pix key.

Closing the account does not mean immediate deletion of data that must be kept for those purposes.
49. Data subject rights
The affiliate may request, through the channels indicated in the DashArc Privacy Policy, confirmation of the existence of processing, access, correction, updating and the other measures guaranteed by applicable law.
Handling the request may require confirmation of the requester's identity and is subject to the legal grounds for retention, security, fraud prevention, compliance with obligations and the exercise of rights.

51. Affiliate obligations
The affiliate may not collect, enter, share or use third parties' personal data within the Program without authorisation or another valid legal basis.
The affiliate must immediately notify DashArc of any improper access, loss, unauthorised disclosure, security incident or suspected irregular use of data related to the Program.
52. Changes to the terms
DashArc may change these terms to adapt them to the law, regulatory requirements, the operation of Mercado Pago, PayPal or another payment service provider, system security, fraud prevention or the evolution of the Program.
Changes will be communicated in the dashboard, by e-mail to the registered address or through another official channel, and will take effect for new sales and operations carried out after they come into force.
Economic changes relating to commissions follow section 4. No change will retroactively reduce commissions already confirmed, except for reversals, chargebacks, fraud, duplication, material error, attribution failure or processing correction.
Continued use of the account or of the Program after the new version comes into force constitutes acceptance of the changed terms, without prejudice to the affiliate's right to request closure of their participation.
10. Liability and indemnity
53. The affiliate is responsible for the acts, omissions, content, advertisements, campaigns and information published on their channels and related to DashArc.

55. The indemnity obligation does not cover losses arising exclusively from an act proven to have been committed by DashArc, by Mercado Pago, by PayPal or by another supplier without the affiliate's participation or contribution.
56. DashArc will inform the affiliate, when possible, of the claim or measure relating to the indemnifiable event, and the affiliate must cooperate with the assessment and provide the necessary documents, without prejudice to DashArc's right to take urgent measures to protect its rights.
57. DashArc may offset net amounts due under this section against future commissions, without prejudice to direct collection of the remaining balance.
11. Confidentiality
58. For these terms, confidential information means all non-public information to which the affiliate has access by reason of their participation in the Program, including:

- information relating to affiliates, buyers or business partners.
59. The affiliate must:
- use confidential information solely to participate in the Program;
- keep that information confidential;
- not disclose, reproduce, sell or make it available to third parties; and
- take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access, copying or disclosure.
60. The following is not considered confidential information:
- information that was already public without breach of these terms;
- information that becomes public without any act or omission of the affiliate;
- information demonstrably known to the affiliate before receipt; or
- information that must be disclosed by legal or judicial order.
In the case of item "d", the affiliate must, where legally permitted, notify DashArc in advance and limit disclosure to the content strictly required.
61. The affiliate must return, delete or stop using confidential information when requested by DashArc or when their participation is suspended or terminated, except for copies required by law.
62. Confidentiality obligations remain in force during participation in the Program and for five years after its termination, without prejudice to the legal protection applicable to trade secrets, strategic information and personal data for as long as they remain protected.
63. Breach of this section may result in suspension or termination of participation, cancellation of codes, withholding of commissions related to the breach, claims for damages and the adoption of the applicable judicial or extrajudicial measures.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
64. These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
65. The courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are elected to settle any disputes arising from these terms or relating to the affiliate's participation in the Program.
66. The choice of forum does not override rules of mandatory jurisdiction or any forum legally guaranteed to the affiliate. DashArc may seek precautionary, urgent, collection or protective measures before any competent court when necessary.
67. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of this clause does not affect the validity of the other provisions of these terms. In case of divergence between the Portuguese and English versions, the Portuguese version prevails.
